What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept payments only via bank transfer to our bank account. We plan to expand payment options for private clients in the future. Please stay tuned for our updates.

Is delivery possible to my country?

We take a personalized approach to the delivery of goods for each order. Options include self-pickup, consolidated cargo delivery, and full truckload shipping for large orders. After placing your order, our manager will contact you to discuss the delivery details.

How long does delivery take?

Can I return a product?

How can I access wholesale prices?

To access the latest product pricing, you must register or log in to your account. Registration requires entering your company's information.

This is necessary to restrict access to wholesale prices from retail customers.

Registration on our marketplace is completely free.

How can I access wholesale prices if I do not represent a company?

If you are interested in working with our marketplace's wholesale division (e.g., you are planning a large order, looking for suppliers, or you work in construction without a registered company, etc.), please contact our support team for more details.
